Chamber structure:
The high and low temperature low pressure test chamber is manufactured using CNC machining to achieve a beautifully shaped and generous design. It features non-reactive handles that simplify operation.
The interior of the chamber is lined with high-grade imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels, while the exterior is crafted from A3 steel plates with a spray plastic coating, enhancing both the visual texture and cleanliness.
A large observation window equipped with a lighting fixture ensures the interior remains well-lit, and the use of embedded tempered glass within the heating element allows for clear observation of the chamber's conditions at any time.
The machine is equipped with high-quality, fixed casters made of PU (polyurethane) at the bottom, providing stability and ease of movement.
Control system:
The high and low temperature low-pressure test chamber is equipped with an imported touch screen temperature control instrument that features programmable microcomputer PID control with SSR (Solid State Relay) output operation, and a full-imported, large LCD color touch screen interface.
The controller's operation interface offers a choice between Chinese and English, and it can display real-time operation curves on the screen.
It has an automatic PID calculation function that can immediately correct temperature change conditions, making the temperature control more precise and stable.
Optional accessories include a printer and the ability to connect to a computer.
Refrigeration system:
The high and low temperature low pressure test chamber utilizes a fully enclosed compressor from the original French brand "Tecumseh" for its refrigeration unit.
It includes a drying filter from the American brand "Arico," an oil separator from the Taiwanese brand "GuanYa," and an electromagnetic valve from the Italian brand "Castel."
The refrigeration system is designed with either a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature circuit system.
A multi-blade blower is used for strong air circulation, which helps to eliminate any dead spots and ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the test area.
The air circulation system is designed with both outlet and return air paths, ensuring that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and allowing for quick temperature recovery after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and other systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend the lifespan, and decrease the failure rate of the equipment.
